Robert St. Clair lost his wife, his job, his life savings, and his apartment within a year. After living rough on the city streets for six months, a well-to-do woman offers him meaningful employment. Edna’s son isn’t very happy with her and even less so with Robert. Instead of a fresh start, Robert finds himself embroiled in a dire situation when he’s blindsided by a serious accusation.
